The PelliApp team will provide assistance to Mumbai Police / The Statutory Investigation Agency

When specifically requested by the Mumbai Police (Cyber Crime Investigation Cell) or other statutory investigation agencies, PelliApp will provide all possible assistance in dealing with fraudulent users of PelliApp.

If you suspect fraud or misuse, please send us a detailed description of your situation.

We are delighted to welcome you to PelliApp, your personal matchmaking platform. Using the website/app and becoming a member is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. PelliApp reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Members and admission rights are subject to change at any time.

The provisions of this Terms of Use comply with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

In place of the traditional newspaper classified, PelliApp provides a platform to advertise matchmaking alliances and provide targeted advertising services. Website/app members can advertise and promote their profiles to find other members who are interested in them for the purpose of finding suitable matches and cannot use the website/app for commercial purposes.

Sites like this are serious matchmaking platforms that help people find potential life partners for marriage.

User Consent: By using our app and opting for SMS registration, you agree to receive SMS messages from us. These messages may include important updates, account verification codes, and promotional content.

Message Frequency: We will send SMS messages to your registered phone number as needed, but we will not engage in excessive messaging. Message frequency may vary depending on account activity and preferences.

There is no charge for accessing the PelliApp website. We also offer Premium Memberships that allow one to promote his or her profile on different PelliApp properties like the Premium Interest Wall, Search Results, Emails, SMS, Video Chat, and many more.

1. Terms of Use Agreement acceptance.
   Using the PelliApp Service requires that you register with the Weddingsite/app/communitysite/app/mobile application ("Site"). The Information Technology Act of 2000 defines PelliApp as an intermediary under sub-clause (w) of Section 2.

The terms of this Agreement establish the legally binding conditions under which you can use the website/app and become a "Member." Any person who submits information to the website/app shall be called a "Member," whether they are a free member or a paid member, while a "User" is anyone who actively promotes his/her profile to others through the website/app. Please read these Terms of Use ("Agreement") carefully before using the website/app. Please read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in registering if you wish to become a Member and make use of the PelliApp services (the "Service"). In using oursite/app, you consent to provide us with your personal information, including sensitive data, such as your financial information if opted for our paid membership, identification proofs if submitted, religion etc, for the purpose of collecting, processing, displaying and using the same for providing the website/app, and if you have any objections in collecting/processing your personal information, we recommend not using it. Please send an email to team.pelliapp@gmail.com if you wish to withdraw this consent or if you object to the ongoing collection and storage of your personal details.

2. The eligibility criteria.
   • You must be of legal marriageable age based on the laws of India in order to register as a Member of and use thissite/app (currently, 18 years and over for females and 21 years or over for males).
   • Thissite/app enables personal ads for lawful marriage alliances between persons who, under the laws to which they are subject, are legally competent to enter into matrimony. Members cannot join the Service in any jurisdiction where such membership is prohibited.
   • Those who use the website/app represent and warrant that they are of legal age and possess legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and submit relevant information and that they are not prohibited from entering into matrimony by any law right now in force or by any order, decree, or injunction from any courts, tribunals, or other authoritative bodies.
   • Further, you confirm that you will use this website only for serious searches and that you will not use it for casual dating. This Agreement also binds you to follow all of its terms and conditions. Moreover, PelliApp reserves the right to terminate your membership and / or use of the Service without any refund to you of any unused subscription fee at any time if it concludes (in its sole discretion) that you are not eligible to become a member or have made any misrepresentation.
   • Your use of the website/app constitutes your acknowledgement that the system will use the partner preferences you have provided in your profile to determine whether you have been matched.
3. Protection of account information.
   During registration, you will also be required to designate one or more login credentials you will use for accessing the services. All activities carried out through your account are your sole responsibility. You agree to immediately notify us if your account is disclosed or unauthorized use occurs, and to log out each time you access your account.
4. Termination and Term.
   • During your use of oursite/app, this Agreement will remain in effect.
   • Anytime, for any reason, you can cancel your membership by writing to PelliApp. We do not offer refunds for unused subscription fees, if any, unless otherwise stated in writing.
   • PelliApp may terminate your access to the website/app and/or membership for any reason, including but not limited to violating the Terms of Service, using the service for commercial purposes, and engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communications or activity, by sending notice to the email address as provided by you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to PelliApp. You will not be eligible to receive a refund of any Subscription fees paid by you if PelliApp terminates your membership due to a breach of this Agreement.
   • Each type of paid membership has a different term.
   • If the Company discontinues operations, it will refund you 50% of the unused membership fees you paid.
5. For members' personal use only.
   Individual members may use the website/app to advertise and promote their profiles with the goal of attracting matches who are relevant to them for the purpose of garnering accepts. Commercial use is prohibited. We may therefore provide links to other websites, whether or not they are considered competitive to PelliApp. PelliApp does not accept organizations, companies, or businesses as Members, or allow them to use the PelliApp service orsite/app. Any illegal or unauthorised use of the website/app, as well as framing the website/app or linking to it without permission, will be met with legal action, including civil, criminal, and injunctive relief.
6. Member Terms of Service.
   • We reserve the right to review each member's activity and status at our sole discretion and to block access to that member.
   • If PelliApp, in its sole discretion, feels that restricting/suspending free access to its website is necessary, it will inform you with due notice in advance based on its review of members' activity, status, or any other criteria PelliApp may deem appropriate.
   • If you register with PelliApp, you agree that, as of the date of registration, there are no objections to receiving email, SMS/WhatsApp messages, and telephone calls from PelliApp and its members, including allowing the Payment Gateway to send an OTP for mobile verification requests. By consenting to this agreement, you are superseding any preferences you previously set via the Do Not Disturb (DND)/National Customer Preference Register (NCPR). The consent applies to emails, messages or calls regarding phone number verification, matchmaking advertising, matchmaking enquiry and promotion.
   • The same person cannot have more than one profile on oursite/app. All multiple profiles may be deactivated at any time by PelliApp and subscription fees will not be refunded.
   • You confirm the information provided by you, including the personal information, is accurate and complete. You acknowledge that if you are creating the profile for a friend/sibling/child you have their consent to do so. Various laws criminalize impersonation.
   • A copy of your Driver's License, Passport, or any other government issued identity is strongly recommended and a trust badge should be added to your profile.
   • By using the Service, you may not advertise or solicit to buy or sell products or services to any other Members, except for promoting/advertising your profile for matchmaking purposes.
   • We ask that you do not send to other PelliApp members any chain letters or unwanted e-mail. In addition to monitoring the conduct of our members off the PelliAppsite/app, it is also an offense to use info obtained from other members to harass, abuse, or harm another individual or to contact, advertise to, or solicit any member without that person's prior express consent.
   • In its sole discretion, PelliApp may take steps to protect itself, members and/or products from abuse/misuse.
   • In addition, you agree to refrain from harassing any member using the PelliApp meet/Near Me features.
   • We prohibit the use of automated processes, such as IRC Bots, EXE's, CGI or any other programs/scripts for viewing content on / communicating / contacting / responding / interacting with PelliApp, and/or its members.
   • By participating in PelliApp, you consent to PelliApp screening any and all communications/advertisements that you send to the other members as well as regulating the same by deleting unwarranted/obscene communications/advertisements at its sole discretion without any prior notice to the other members.
   • To ensure their safety and privacy, PelliApp Members should take simple precautions. Here are some guidelines regarding safety online that are outlined under security tips "Be Safe Online". If you become a Member, you agree to read, understand and abide by the Tips.
   • Subscribing to the PelliApp Select Service constitutes an unconditional and irrevocable confirmation that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions.
7. Content on PelliApp is protected by proprietary rights

The PelliAppsite/app and the PelliApp App are owned by and remain the property of Vishnam Solutions Private Limited. the website/app contains trademarks, copyrighted materials, and other proprietary information owned by and licensed to PelliApp and its licensors. There are no restrictions on copying, modifying, publishing, transmitting, distributing, performing, displaying, or selling any such proprietary information, except for information that is in the public domain, such as member profiles or information for which permission from the user has been obtained. Your membership may be terminated forthwith by PelliApp without refund if you engage in any act or attempt to engage in any act that constitutes a violation of this Agreement. Where applicable, PelliApp reserves the right to bring legal action (civil and/or criminal) against any violators.

8. The website/app's content(including User Generated Content)
   • PelliApp reserves the right to remove any listing, communication, photo, or profile (collectively, "Content") which it deems, in its sole discretion, violate this Agreement, or which might be considered offensive, illegal, or that might endanger the safety of PelliApp members.
   • You grant PelliApp a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, store, distribute, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, modify, adapt, publicly perform, and publicly display any Content you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the website/app, including, but not limited to, your contact details.
   • The submission of your success story hereby expressly authorizes PelliApp to use, publish, and showcase your pictures and testimonials on the website/app.
   • It is understood and agreed that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, communications, tags, or other Content made available by PelliApp to members or others are the sole responsibility of the member or individual from whom such Content originated and shall be at the sole risk and responsibility of the member or individual. Accordingly, the responsibility for all Content you upload, post, send via email, transmit via the Service, or otherwise make available rests with you. Content that is posted via the Service is not under the control of PelliApp, and as such, no assurances can be made regarding its accuracy, integrity, or quality. PelliApp advises its Users to verify the information and content posted by their fellow members before acting upon it and under no circumstances will the Company be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available through the Service.
   • Content posted on the website/app may be verified by PelliApp as authentic. PelliApp may demand that you provide documentary or other evidence of the Content you post on the website/app as part of its exercise of this right.
   • You may be terminated without a refund by PelliApp if you fail to produce such evidence to its satisfaction.
• On the website/app, the following types of Content are forbidden or illegal. Those who violate this Agreement will be investigated and, in PelliApp's sole discretion, appropriate legal action will be taken, including but not limited to, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating their Memberships. The following types of content are illegal and prohibited:
  • Content that offends the community's sensibilities, such as material that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or any form of physical harm against any group or individual;
  • Has harassed another person or advocated harassment of another;
  • Is characterized by the mailing of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited bulk mail or "spam";
  • Promotes inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory, abusive, threatening, or obscene information, or promotes illegal activities or conduct;
  • In the case of pirated computer programs, links to pirated computer programs, information on how to circumvent copy-protection devices installed by manufacturers, or pirated music, such actions constitute direct or indirect promotion of illegal or unauthorized copying;
  • Sites with password-protected pages, hidden images, or restricted content (not linked to another accessible web page or image);
  • Any material that contains or displays pornographic or sexually explicit material;
  • Materials that exploit people under the age of 18 sexually or violently, or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18;
  • Contains instructions for illegal activities such as making or purchasing illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or creating or providing computer viruses;
  • For commercial or unlawful purposes, solicits personal information or passwords from other users.
  • We do not permit the use of our ideas or images for commercial purposes, such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes.
• All applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations must be followed when using the PelliApp Service.
• Members are not allowed to include telephone numbers, street addresses, URLs, and email addresses in their Member profiles.
• User Generated Content Policy: We take all user generated content very seriously and review it from time to time and we also review your profile and take necessary action when a user reports your profile/block you.
• No hate speech or discriminatory language is allowed.
• No content that is violent, graphic or sexually explicit is allowed.
• No content that promotes illegal activities or contains copyrighted material will be tolerated.
• Users are responsible for the content they post and may be held liable for any legal repercussions that may arise.
• The platform reserves the right to remove content and/or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
• Users has ability to flag/report any profile by giving appropriate reason and our team will carefully consider your report and take necessary action if required.
• Users are allowed to block any profile and that profile is removed from their recommendations and at all places and your profile will not be shown to the user that you blocked.
• All applicable local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations must be followed when using the PelliApp Service.
• Members are not allowed to include telephone numbers, street addresses, URLs, and email addresses in their Member profiles.
9. Policy regarding copyright.
   Copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information may not be posted, distributed, or reproduced without the prior written consent of the owner of the rights.

Please provide us with the following information if you believe any of your work has been copied and posted on the PelliApp website.

• Signature of the individual authorized to act on behalf of the owner of a copyright interest, whether electronic or physical;
• Describe the infringement of your copyrighted work;
• Describe where the allegedly infringing material can be found on the website/app;
• Include your name, address, and phone number;
• You should provide a written statement stating that you have reason to believe the use disputed is not permitted by the copyright owner, the agent, or the law;
• As a copyright owner or an authorized agent, you must state in your Notice that the above information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner (under penalty of perjury).
10. The address provided on the Help/Contact page is where you can notify us of claims of copyright infringement.
11. Interactions with other members and disputes between members.
    All advertisements/communications with other members of PelliApp are your responsibility. There is no obligation for PelliApp to monitor disputes between members, but it reserves the right to do so. We also reserve the right to take appropriate action in the event of errant members. While PelliApp might share action taken with others, including complainants, it is not obligated to do so. In any transaction or interaction between members, PelliApp disclaims any responsibility or liability.
12. Privacy.
    Privacy policies apply to the PelliAppsite/app and/or PelliApp Service, and you should follow those guidelines to protect your privacy.
13. Legal disclaimers.
    • In the event of any incorrect or inaccurate Content or Listings appearing on the website/app or as part of the PelliApp Service, PelliApp, nor any of its employees will be liable. This includes any errors or omissions caused by users, members, equipment, or other programming or mechanisms associated with the Service. Furthermore, PelliApp Services assumes no responsibility for any conduct by Users and/or Members of the website/app, whether online or offline.
    • In no event shall PelliApp be held accountable for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failure, loss, theft, or destruction of User and/or Member communications or any communication from PelliApp to its Members.
    • PelliApp is not liable for any malfunctioning of telephone networks or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, inability to send or receive email, failure of any components of the PelliApp Service, including injury or damage to Users, Members or to any other person's computer, arising from the PelliApp Service to Users, Members or other users.
    • Any loss or damage incurred by users of the PelliApp Website, Service, or associated content posted to the PelliApp Website or transmitted to PelliApp Members is not the responsibility of the PelliApp Website. You should not send money or provide financial information to other Members (such as your credit card numbers or bank account information).
    • A matchmaking profile exchanged by/through "PelliApp" is not a matrimonial offering or a recommendation by/from PelliApp. Any damage or loss that may result from the use of PelliApp service (including but not limited to matrimonial relations) is not the responsibility of PelliApp.
    • PelliApp does not make any warranty or representation about the website/app or Service, including any warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. It is understood that PelliApp neither guarantees nor promises specific results from the use of the website/app and/or PelliApp Service. The Service does not guarantee compatibility with the people you meet through it, either explicitly or impliedly.
    • Neither PelliApp nor any of its employees assume any liability or responsibility with regard to any Content or listing made available on the website/app / made available to PelliApp by any Members or by any users of the website/app.
    • There will be no responsibility or liability on the part of PelliApp for any illegal content posted by any Members, users or third parties.
    • The Member / user / third party who posts any Content on the website/app will be responsible for any civil or criminal liability arising out of that Content. We reserve the right to seek damages from Members / users / third parties who post Content to the website/app that we believe is contrary to the Terms & Conditions. In the case of Content you submit or make available to be included on the Service, PelliApp does not claim ownership.
14. Liability limitations.
    Neither PelliApp nor any third party will be liable whether the damages are direct or indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive. This applies to lost profits arising out of your use of the website/app. Whatever the nature of your claim, the liability of PelliApp to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the manner in which it is brought, will at all times be limited to any amount you have paid to PelliApp for its Services during your membership term.
15. Jurisdiction.
    Any dispute concerning or relating to the website/app and/or the Service will be governed by the laws of India, and the Competent Courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
16. Indemnity.
    As a condition of using the Service in violation of this Agreement, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and indemnify PelliApp, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, for any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may arise from such use and/or arising from any breach of these Terms of Use, and/or any fraud on your part.
17. Other.
    • The membership of the PelliApp service entails the acceptance of getting certain specific emails from PelliApp or its groupsite/apps. By clicking on the unsubscribe link enclosed in the email, you can unsubscribe at any time for any reason. Your subscription to these emails can also be managed through My Alert Manager.
    • You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, which you accept upon using the website/app and further confirm by becoming a Member of PelliApp. The remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect even if any provision of this Agreement is held invalid.
18. The act of becoming an PelliApp member and/or using the Services of the website/app constitutes unconditional and irrevocable confirmation that you have read and understood the provisions described above and that you agree to abide by them. You should refrain from registering on the website/app if you do not agree with any of these terms.
    Electronic records and any amended Rules thereunder are records that are created in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000. A computer system generated the electronic record and no physical or digital signature is required.
